I would keep this myself because I have a 9 year old with high functioning autism so we can use every tool we can get!

I would give it to my daughter. She is in the process of adopting 2 little girls, one with special needs. This would be awesome for her.

I would most definitely be passing your amazing prize along to a friend of mine. She teaches children with special needs and, due to the budget constraints in California, is very limited in what she can buy for her classroom.

This would be great for my friend, a young, single mother to a girl of 11 months. We'd been talking about my boyfriend's new job, taking care of autistic children, when she panicked-- she's eager to learn about the development of her daughter so she can do whatever is necessary to help her grow better.

Thanks and take care.

I would use it to continue to educate the parents of my learners as well as help me understand my learners better. This info should be standard in every SPED classroom!! Thanks for the opportunity!!

My family would go through this first, AND we would also make it available to other members of ASGO (the Autism Society of Greater Orlando).

I would keep the child development dvd for my family, but I would loan it out to nearly everyone I know wanting to have children. I think it would be good for the kids to watch, too, when they are older, before babysitting or caring for littler ones. It's a lack of knowledge that leads to children suffering. It should be mandatory for all caregivers to watch these.

I would give this to my older sister, she and her husband have been trying to get pregnant for years, and now, the family's first grandchild is due in July! Everyone is very excited, and I know she would love this.

We would keep this long enough for all of my family to watch it several times, then we would make it available for the lending library of our local autism support group, ASGO (the Autism Society of Greater Orlando [Hey, Donna!]). The more we know, the better focus we can put on our concerns, and the more we can celebrate the little victories!

I live with 2 autistic cousins (ages 7 and 13). This would be fantastic for both of them and their parents.
