Facing the Day

There is a lot of positive encouragement out there in Internet land.  Facing the day is sometimes our hardest challenge.  Just getting out of bed can be a struggle, then the battle begins.

My suggestion for facing today is one word.  Choose a positive word like happy, love, courage, strength, etc.  You can even change your word of the day each day of the week.  The idea is to use this word throughout the day each time your battles try to get the best of you.  Write it on your bathroom mirror, post it on your refrigerator, put a post it on your vehicle dashboard, stick a note to your television.  Whatever it takes for you to get into the habit of remembering your word is a must.

Facing the day can be much easier when you know ahead of time that you will have something to lean on to help you build your resistance and mental strength.
