The cards are perfect for a high functioning child that knows how to read. The messages on the cards are beautiful. These are wonderful to use as a concrete positive affirmation for your of how wonderful he or she is. The CD is beautiful. The phrases of affirmation are told in a child’s voice, set to music. You can listen to a couple of the messages that are on the CD by going to their website.
I think that both these items are great. Sometimes, it is the simplest concept that can make the biggest difference for our child. It is easy for me to forget that my son has low self-esteem, because he always seems so happy. Then, we will have plans that involve other children that are not autistic, and my son’s insecurities move right up to the surface. We will “talk” for a little bit, and I do what I can to calm his worries. I know this is something that I have to work on everyday, and now, with both the cards and the CD, I can.

How many cards are there, what are the sample phrases, what age group are these products suited for? Are all the cards voiced on the CD?
I honestly did not get any sense of these products from this "review"
There are 64 cards. The box says for children 6- 12. But, as I said in my post for our children, I put it towards high functioning and able to read. The pictures are samples of the cards. Yes they are all voiced on the CD
