Happy news for Carrie Underwood fans. She is now engaged to hockey hunk Mike Fisher. If you don’t know who Carrie Underwood is (what rock have you been living under?), she is a previous American Idol winner and country music’s favorite female singer.
"I'm happy to confirm that Carrie Underwood is engaged to Mike Fisher, and the couple couldn't be happier," her rep tells PEOPLE. "No wedding date has been set at this time."
I think her music is great and I enjoy her videos. I also enjoyed her recent television special. These two are going to have their hands full planning a wedding. I’m sure the paparazzi will be doing everything they can to take pictures of them everywhere and reporters will be doing their best to uncover every little plan. Good luck Carrie and Mike. You might want to consider eloping.
