My daughter’s Daisy Girl Scout Troop ended their year with a trip to Build-A-Bear Workshop. They had a fun party with cute games. The girls were able to pick out a bear and have it stuffed and dressed in a Girl Scout vest that matches their own. At the end of the party, both bear and girl received badges.
I now love Build-A-Bear. Their prices are reasonable and the atmosphere in the store was pleasant. My son enjoyed himself there, too. My husband came with us and helped our son with his puppy. My son picked out the cutest, cuddliest puppy to stuff. He sleeps with him now. Together, they picked out an outfit for “Ruff.”
Build-A-Bear Workshop is running a special right now, ending June 14, for a free beach towel with a purchase of $20 or more. My son has one, because his purchase was over $20. My daughter didn’t get one. I think it had something to do with the fact that it was a party and paid for with one check. They also have a new Patriotic Pup coming out on June 12th. We were sent one for holding a giveaway on my site. It is adorable. The giveaway will be a $25 Bear Buck$ gift card to one lucky winner.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday there & loved it. My son (who was recently diagnosed w/Asperger's syndrome) got the allergy friendly puppy which he seems to enjoy. Now they have a new allergy friendly velvet pup which I would love to get, along with a cute outfit of course!
