"OT in the Home" with Britt Collins, M.S., OTR/L
90 minute instructional DVD for parents, caregivers and educators. The DVD gives examples and tips on how to re-direct energy, work on fine and gross motor skills, how to start your day off right and many more chapters on daily activities. The DVDs were first designed for children with special needs; however, we used typical children as well and are receiving tons of positive feedback from parents of all children. Britt explains in both Occupational Therapy terms and what I call "Mommy" terms about why she's suggesting the sensory tips and why they help. Parenting can be difficult at times and we're happy to help!

My daughter and I would both use this DVD. She is studying to be an ABA therapist and my youngest son has some sensory issues.

I'd keep it to use for my son, but I'd loan it to my sister (for use with my niece), as well.

I would definitely use this myself. My son has autism and this would be a BIG help. Thanks for the chance to win!

We have some experience in many of the areas you cover. But an older daughter wants to work with orphans overeseas. This would be a great resource for her and her co-workers.

I would use this with my 4 kids. My oldest has sensory issues but we've found what works for him helps with the others too so this would be a welcome resource.

I already have this DVD, but not with Rachel Hunter, so they must have updated it. I thought it was a good intro to OT for new families.

Actually I would keep this DVD for myself. I cannot get any more OT for my son and I think this could benefit me greatly!
